New Construction of an Office and Commercial Building
Oberanger 16 | Innenstadt München
Neubau eines Büro und Geschäftshaus am Oberanger gegenüber des Stadtmuseums gelegen, unweit der sich zur neuen Einkaufsmeile gewandelten Sendlingerstraße. Dem Entwurf ging aufgrund der prominenten Lage ein Wettbewerb voraus, den das Berliner Büro Staab Architekten gewonnen hat.

Aufgabenstellung
The building is distinguished by its façade of prefabricated fibre concrete elements with a floral motif. Due to the small building plot and the high architectural quality requirements, the project required particularly careful planning and execution. KVL provided project management services throughout all phases.
