High-rise construction
High-rise buildings have a colourful, sometimes difficult image. They can be objects of desire, promises and targets of criticism. We believe: high-rises can above all be a solution. Because high-rise buildings are resource-efficient in many respects.
As a co-founder of the new High-rise Working Group at the Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung (gif) e. V., we pool our high-rise expertise and develop solutions for socially compatible and economically functional high-rise construction.
Building in existing stock
To fully exploit the potential of existing buildings, we provide advisory and management support with a focus on the particular challenges of building in existing stock – from location analysis and assessment of conversion potential, through listed building considerations and funding eligibility, to project management before and during the realisation phase.
Through our involvement as a founding member of the Association for Building in Existing Stock, we are not only well networked but also an active part of finding solutions.
School construction
Educational infrastructure measures such as the Berlin School Construction Initiative aim to reduce the backlog of renovations and create urgently needed new schools.
We provide support for both new builds and existing buildings. To ensure greater process stability and quality, we bring our expertise from numerous successfully completed school construction projects – from takt and schedule planning to strategy development and funding advice.
Insolvency DD
When a project enters insolvency, financiers and investors want to know whether realisation is still possible. An Insolvency Due Diligence (InsoDD) can help bring clarity.
In addition to a needs analysis, it is essential to accurately estimate the costs and time to completion. As a complement to insolvency administration, InsoDD is a pragmatic and well-calculable tool for project developers, investors and end clients.
Venue & Event
Stadiums and event venues are places where emotions run high. As an independent consulting firm, we have been supporting the most complex stadium and event projects for many years. From sound feasibility studies through technical consulting to mobility and safety concepts, we develop solutions that create atmosphere and provide security.
For example, in the context of the NFL Games in Munich (Allianz Arena) and Berlin (Olympiastadion) – we help make unique experiences possible without a hitch.

This includes a wide variety of property types, from the conversion of offices through school construction to staging events in Germany’s largest stadiums. Das der KaDeWe Group zugehörige Alsterhaus sollte im laufenden Betrieb revitalisiert und modernisiert werden, um hinsichtlich der Konzeption den Ansprüchen eines modernen Luxuswarenhauses gerecht zu werden.
DFB-Akademie und DFB-Zentrale
Nach mehrjähriger Planungs- und Bauphase wurde dem Bedarf des Deutschen Fußball-Bundes Rechnung getragen, die Zentrale sowie die Akademie unter einem Dach zu versammeln.
Frankfurter Büro Center
In der Mainmetropole galt es, für die Deutsche Bundesbank ein Übergangsquartier für die Dauer des Neubaus ihrer Zentrale zu schaffen.
Grundschule Am Baakenhafen
Inmitten der Hamburger HafenCity wurde im Sinne des Schulentwicklungsplans Hamburg die neue Grundschule Am Baakenhafen realisiert.
Jägerstraße
Zwischen Weinberg und der Stuttgarter Innenstadt gelegen wurde in der Jägerstraße ein Areal für einen Bürobau auserkoren, welcher durch die MOMENI Group realisiert wird.
Neue Nationalgalerie
Für die Neue Nationalgalerie als eine Ikone der Architekturgeschichte des 20. Jahrhunderts war es nach fast 50-jähriger Nutzung an der Zeit, das Gebäude grundlegend instand zu setzen und etwa die technische Gebäudeausstattung der heutigen Zeit anzupassen.
Sacrow-Paretzer Kanal
Um den größeren Abmessungen der Schiffe sowie dem deutlich gestiegenen Verkehrsaufkommen gerecht zu werden, sah das Verkehrsprojekt „Deutsche Einheit Nr. 17“ daher den Ausbau des Kanals vor.
