Humboldthafen Eins

Im zentralen Bezirk Mitte, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und fußläufiger Entfernung zum Regierungsviertel, dem Bundesnachrichtendienst und der Charité, wurde ein komplexes Bauvorhaben realisiert. Auf dem 6.000 m² großen Grundstück zwischen dem Alexanderufer und dem Kapelle-Ufer entstand ein äußerst nachhaltiges, effizientes und modernes Büro- und Geschäftsgebäude mit rund 30.000 m² Bürofläche und 300 Tiefgaragen-Parkplätzen.

KVL übernahm bei diesem Projekt das komplette Leistungsbild des Projektmanagements nach AHO und stand in enger Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber und den Planern.
