In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof Friedrichstraße und direkt am seinerzeit neu errichteten Admiralspalast entstand nach den Entwürfen des Hamburger Architekten nps tchoban voss das Büro- und Geschäftsgebäude F100. Der Baukörper mit 7 Obergeschossen und einer Mietfläche von ca. 8.230 m² fügt sich harmonisch in das Gesamtbild der Friedrichstraße ein.

Aufgabenstellung
Along Friedrichstraße, the building offers retail space on two levels. The floors above are designated for office use. In one section, the building was constructed above the underground station. KVL provided project management services throughout all phases of this centrally located development.
