Beim Cloud N°7 handelt es sich um den Neubau eines 18-stöckigen Gebäudes mit einer Mischnutzung aus Hotel, Business-Appartements und exklusiven Wohnungen in der Nähe des Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhofes. Bis zur 7. Etage beherbergt es ein Steigenberger First-Class-Hotel, von der 8. bis 17. Etage Serviced-Business-Apartments und City-Wohnungen. In der 18. Etage befindet sich außerdem eine Penthouse-Wohnung.
On the 1st basement level of the building there is the entrance and exit to the transfer areas of the automated car parking system. Adjoining the hotel lobby on the ground floor are restaurant and event areas. The upper floors house hotel rooms and serviced apartments. KVL provided project management services for this complex mixed-use high-rise.
