Welcome and short expert talks on venue transformation, the NFL Pre-Week, concert capability and operational delivery.

Transformation Walk through the Allianz Arena
An exclusive tour through selected areas of the Allianz Arena during the NFL Pre-Week. The focus includes the first NFL construction measures, temporary set-ups, open gates, the new Welcome Center and concrete examples of how a football stadium is developed further for different event formats.

‍After the tour, you can make your own topics, needs and questions visible. Which points were particularly interesting? Where is there concrete need in your own venue?

Session II – Expert lounge: venue transformation in dialogue
‍A panel discussion with experts from stadium operations, event organisation and the immediate NFL environment. The focus is on practical insights, open question rounds and an exchange on the topics participants bring from their own venues.

We round off the day in a relaxed atmosphere over a Bavarian after-work beer, with room for personal conversations and individual questions.
